Step 1 – Connect the Wireless Router and the Modem

At first you will need to connect your satellite Internet modem with the wireless router. You will need an Ethernet patch cable for this purpose. In all probability your wireless router comes with one in the packaging. In case it didn’t, you can get one without much hassle from the nearest technical store. It will not be too expensive.

Step 2 – Turn on the Router

Once done, go to the browser to setup the connection and the router. Type in the IP address of the router and navigate to the page to set it up according to your preferences.
