I have been into an endeavor to be acquainted with people’s perception regarding inevitable crime rate and treatment with criminals and came across with juvenile responses as beating, whipping and thrashing is the best way to reduce crime.
Firstly we must dig into the reasons which compel an innocent soul to the crime world. I would rather be blaming policy makers of the country who pay no heed to development sector and has left this domain unacquainted with the resources. Employment seems to be the primary reason, as there has been significant decline in the employment opportunities which has led an extensive increase in crime rate. Unemployment can be related to private sector as there has been saturation in the job market and foreign entrepreneur finds law and order condition very unfavorable. Higher authorities and policy makers should emphasize on resolving issues with tribal areas and agencies so to provide a safe platform for investors to gear up businesses. Innocents jeopardized their lives by engaging into crime when they are unable to discover lucrative opportunities and boost in private sector would surely help in creating job opportunities, therefore decline in crime rate would be apparent.
Secondly, government must work on the plans to support financially health and education sectors. Education helps in distinguishing between right and wrong and also grooms to become a responsible citizen. Health concerns should be the foremost priority as news papers can witness crimes due to high-priced treatments and unreasonable attitude towards health domain. Government must lay emphasize on the poverty eradication programs by introducing micro-financing and grants plans. There are various other ignorant sectors which boost crime such as lack of land reforms, poor governance, unimplemented labor laws, unaware child protection laws, and limited women rights
In conclusion, brutal behavior with criminal won’t curtail crime from our society; we need to make policies which are favorable for the nation. Perhaps, whipping criminal would have a short term effect on him but he would again indulge into misdeeds as he could not earn his livelihood.

You are right brutal beating can beet the criminals to death but not the crime…
