Purpose of writing this blog is not to assess too highly any political party, but to draw attention to several fine looking steps taken by Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Shareef towards infrastructure development. I must not be counting whole of the Punjab under his consideration but for Lahore he has been proven fruitful.
In past, Lion party’s effort for the construction of Motorway has to be witnessed remarkable as it plays vital role in developing the linked rural domains. Mian sb has always followed constructed philosophies regarding roads mapping, as his judgments revolve around the idea that rural domains cannot be developed until being connected with urban vicinity. It is very significant to understand the imperativeness of linking areas with the perspective of development. In recent past, I have observed CM heavily emphasizing on the Lahore, apparently witnessed less prominence towards other areas under his kingdom. He must be following his dreams to make Lahore a place to adore but should never deviate from his scope of development for other areas.
The strategy behind road mapping is to develop rural areas, as rural domains cannot be facilitated with health and education facilities until those areas get linkages with urban vicinity. Roads plan allows populace residing in rural domains to seek lucrative opportunities as transportation has always played significant role for the betterment of underprivileged people. Earlier, Mian Sb opted for this approach but his recent postures portraying emphasize for Lahore has deprived the rural domains of their development rights.
Blog isn’t underestimating Mian Sb’s concern regarding development of Lahore as he has tremendously performed his task while the expansion of roads, construction of new bridges, setting up beautiful grills alongside roads, fixing up the sewerage beside residential areas, and demolishment of illegal encroachments. Perhaps he must have communicated the duty to administer rural domains to the representatives of particular district or area. Purpose of writing this blog is to draw attention towards rural domains as those areas contributes a significant proportion to our GDP. For this reason Mian sb has to further ensure construction of superb network so as to gain advantage to its optimal level.
Nonetheless, lions are very much renowned in Punjab as their concerns towards rural vicinity have also been acknowledged at different levels in past. Consequently lions are always heavily voted in Punjab as their ground level achievements are transparent. Mian Sb has always been proven fruitful for the agricultural sector as his policies to promote irrigation system and restructuring of “patwari” system is always valued. Lions need to be bit more conscious regarding road network so as to make transportation a tool for development.
