Is non-metallic kite string harmless?

Every spring, we see dogs barking at us in television shows for not allowing them to slit our throats. These dogs want to fly kites.

They say kite flying is a beautiful tradition. To dogs, it may be. To humans it is not. Particularly for those, who walk the streets of our cities and who ride on motorbikes.

They say kite flying is totally harmless if the string used is not metallic. Dogshit! Non-metallic kite string is almost as dangerous as a metal string. The manjha that they say is harmless is manufactured with pieces of broken glass, so you can imagine how safe it is for your throat.
